About the Role:
They are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabrication Supervisor to join the workshop team. Reporting directly to the operations manager, you will lead a team to ensure the timely completion of weekly production plans.
Duties:
- Supervising and managing a team
- Ensuring compliance with drawings at all stages
- Time management and meeting deadlines
- Prioritizing safety (Zero Harm)
- Ensuring timely adherence to quality standards
- Maintaining effective communication and providing guidance
Experience and skills:
- Trade qualified Boildermaker/Welder
- Strong planning, organization, and deadline management skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Experience in structural steel and plate fabrication
