Your new company 

Due to exponential growth, our client is a global employer who’s seeking to add an experienced Facilities and Asset Manager to join their team in Australia. 
As a Facilities and Asset Manager, you’ll oversee the safety, functionality, and performance of Facilities and Assets, nationwide. 

Your new role 

Facilities Management:

• Conduct safety inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Manage building systems.
• Oversee janitorial services.

Asset Management:

• Develop strategies.
• Optimise asset performance.
• Plan maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment.

Vendor Management:

• Negotiate contracts.
• Evaluate vendor performance.
• Coordinate work orders.

Budget Oversight:

• Assist in budget preparation.
• Monitor expenses.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Proven experience in facilities or asset management operations, industry best practice, building codes, and legislative requirements relating to facilities management.
• Electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications are desired, but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of building systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
