Reporting to the AFLW Football Operations Coordinator, this role is a maximum-term part-time role for a period of 7 months during the AFLW season. As AFLW Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing property services and administrative support to the AFLW program to ensure smooth operation throughout the season. The scope of the role will include:
- Managing all property requirements for the AFLW football programs, including training, match day, and interstate travel
- Assist with the coordination of staff and team travel arrangements for the AFLW Department, including during pre-season and in-season in accordance with the Club and AFL’s direction
We are seeking a candidate who brings:
- Proven experience coordinating administration, documentation, travel management, scheduling, and basic financial control for an elite sporting code desirable
- Demonstrated high levels of confidentiality, attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to adapt, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to change in direction and priorities as required
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Current or willingness to obtain Airsafe Lithium Batteries - Instruction for Shipping Small Batteries Certification
- Current or willingness to obtain Manual Handling Certification
- Current or willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
