The opportunity
Westfield Hurstville are thrilled to be searching for an energetic Facilities Coordinator to become a part of their vibrant and customer focused Centre Management Team!
As our Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, working alongside our fantastic Assistant Facilities Manager to keep things running smoother than ever before across both hard and soft services, to delight our retailers and customers with seamless efficiency and excellence.

- Immerse yourself in the daily operations of the centre, meticulously ensuring that every aspect reflects excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assume responsibility for coordinating maintenance and repair activities, diligently maintaining the pristine condition of our facilities.
- Master our asset management system, adeptly managing work orders and prioritising tasks to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the charge in implementing environmental and sustainability initiatives, driving our centre towards a more eco-friendly future.
- Serve as a reliable problem-solver, swiftly addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers or retailers, while fostering seamless collaboration across teams.
What will make you stand out?
- Relevant experience in retail, property, hospitality, or a similar environment.
- Trade qualification or experience in HVAC, fire safety, refrigeration, or data wizardry - we love a diverse skill set!
- Project Management or Leadership experience.
- Customer service isn't just your forte; it's your superpower!
- Proficient in navigating building management systems.
- Ability to work across a 7day week if required. This role requires one weekend of on-call duty per month. If required to work during this time, a day off in lieu will be given.
