CASPA SERVICES LTD - POSITION VACANCY – ICM HOUSE COORDINATOR - MID NORTH COAST 

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for ensuring delivery of optimal Therapeutic Care within a CASPA residential setting through the effective management of the residential care team and ongoing collaboration with key stakeholders. Based within the home environment, the position of House Coordinator requires strong leadership skills to ensure provision of a therapeutic environment which actively engages children and young people in activities and routines to support them to learn life skills including emotional regulation, problem solving and social competencies. 

This full time position is being offered for a term of6 months with possibility of extension dependent on organisational demand.

CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types, we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business.
