Seeking a dynamic & hands on Facilities Coordinator to work with a highly regarded property group!

About the Role:
As a member of the facilities team, this role will report to the Facilities Manager, ensuring all operational standards are met in accordance with standards set by the organisation.
The Responsibilities:
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, colleagues, and tenants
- Assist in managing asset fixtures, plant & equipment, including performance, repair, maintenance, presentation & cleanliness
- Manage the contracts, obligations/KPI’s of the cleaning & security teams
- Identify maintenance requirements & coordinate task completion with contractors
- Monitor & report any hazards
- Report any maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager
- Maintain logs & registers
- Previous experience in Facilities Management
- Forward-thinking & Innovative
- Ability to assist in the management of risk to staff, tenants, customers & contractors
- Up to date in industry best practices and WHS legislation
- Able to work under pressure and remain level-headed
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- A personable approach to developing relationships
