Our client, a privately owned Building and Facilities Management company are seeking a Facilities Manager to manage three of their residential apartment buildings in North Melbourne and the Docklands.
About the role:
In this role you will:
- Have previous experience in a Facilities/Building Management role
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a number of competing tasks
- A strong understanding of building functions
- Effective and timely communication skills with all levels
- Knowledge of OHS practices and legislation
- Experience in asset management
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
