Expression of interest - Temp Facilities Manager and Facilities Coordinator
Are you an experienced Facilities Manager or Facilities Coordinatorthat are looking for a short term assignment? Do you have a background in commercial, retail, and industrialassets? Are you a people person with Engineering or Trade background? This is a great opportunity to have your foot in the door with Landlords or top tier FM Service Providers.
Your Role:
- Oversee the delivery of hard and soft services, maintenance, security, cleaning, budgets and emergency mitigation for single or multiple assets
- Coordinate contractors, oversee capital works and carry out routine inspections
- Attend to any escalated issues from tenants or concierge
- Liaise with corporate tenants regarding high-level permissions and access grants
- Access card management
- Attend to work orders
- Maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships
- Be the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors and property managers
Rate:
- Facilities Manager: $50-55 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
- Facilities Coordinator: $40-45 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
Requirement:
- FM/FC experience in Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Public assets are all welcomed
- Trade/Engineering qualification preferred or anything relevant
- Solid knowledge in soft/hard services
- A people person and great team player
