The Role:

My client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager within the Retail Operations space. The role seeks an individual to who comes from a strong trades or technical background and will be required to oversee a Retail site on behalf of one of Australia's leading real estate organisations working in conjunction with the Client's own on-site operations team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all Facilities Management (both hard and soft services)
• Walk around the site, engaging with team leaders proactively whilst checking status, providing updates, and following up with all requirements
• Coordinate and manage all trades, contractors and service technicians for maintenance and raised work requests.
• Establishing all contractors are being compliant, through completing site inductions whilst ensuring policies and procedures are being followed.
• Coordinate general maintenance, raising PO/Invoice requests, repairs
• Vendor management and supervision, through conducting contractor site inductions and site inspections.
• planning, asset management, WHS, project management and continuous improvement.
• Handling requests, queries, and escalations from on-site operations staff at the DCs
• Find proactive solutions to any identified issues and escalations whilst onsite.

Requirements:

• FM / Operations experience (Highly Desirable)
• Background in Retail Facilities Management (Highly Desirable)
• Strong multiple stakeholders, contractor management skills and customer service (Highly Desirable)

Extra Details:

• Pay range: between $40 P/H and $55P/H
• Location: Tempe, NSW, Sydney
• 2+ month Assignment (with strong possibility of extension)
• Parking Available Onsite
• Immediate Start!!
• Standard Working Hours Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm
