An exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to work with a recognised leader, owning and managing some of Perth's most iconic assets.

On a local platform, they are a recognised leader, owning and managing some of Perth’s most iconic precincts. It's with much pride that we are able to assist in sourcing a Facilities Manager with a focus on projects on some of their prime WA property.In this role you will;
- Assist the FM team in managing all aspects of the operational maintenance of the assets
- Coordinate projects across the asset
- Ensure all commercial and retail fit-outs comply with tenancy fit-out requirements
- Control all contractors on site to ensure the quality of works performed and the health and safety standards are met
- Take control of all FM budgets relating to the assets
- Liaise with tenants on all operational issues that affect them
- Ensure the assets are managed to the highest possible standard with regard to sustainability and energy management
- A relevant engineering or trade qualification preferably in electrical or HVAC/mechanical
- Experience managing complex commercial, retail, hospitality or entertainment precincts preferably in onsite teams
- A demonstrated ability to manage a large institutional tenants
- Effectively managed budgets, tenders and financial compliance with an ability to assist in the development of high level reporting
- Experience with sustainability, NABERS and energy management generally
