In this role, you'll take charge of a spectrum of critical functions, including Facilities Operations, Office Management, Space Planning & Allocation, Budget Management, Environmental Sustainability, and Vendor Management.

- Facilities Oversight: Monitor daily operations across all facilities to ensure a secure and smoothly operating workspace. Work closely with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain and enhance our facility services.
- Office Coordination: Direct the daily operations at the reception, ensuring a consistent and welcoming experience for both staff and visitors.
- Space Management: Coordinate office relocations, renovations, and layout adjustments as required.
- Safety Assurance: Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety measures to uphold workplace security. Conduct regular safety inspections and promptly address any potential risks.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage facilities budget, prioritising cost-effectiveness and aligning with the financial objectives.
- Sustainability Advocacy: Champion environmentally friendly practices within the workplace, exploring initiatives to reduce the ecological footprint.
- Emergency Planning: Develop and update comprehensive emergency response plans to ensure the safety of our employees during critical situations. Conduct drills and training sessions to enhance emergency readiness.
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate and maintain relationships with facilities-related vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven corporate Facilities Manager experience.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge and experience in managing building works and related projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and work independently.
