- Five years + experience; Tertiary Qualifications desirable but not essential; a trade background advantageous.
- Must have good people skills and be competent in use of building software and FM programs including “My Buildings” software.
- Building Sustainability experience is essential; NABERs qualified is preferred, Wellness Assessment experience desirable.
- Role will include:
OH & S and compliance, daily tenant liaison and co-ordination, essential services and building software systems.
Compliance with critical dates and certifications
Co-ordination of AFSS and general administrative duties.
Liaison with contractors and Lessor’s refurbishment projects.
Cost control, tendering and reporting.
Contract management, project and tenant fit out coordination. Familiarity and use of FM Software Systems
To work closely with the Asset/Property Manager and on-site Supervisors and FM as part of a cohesive management team managing a portfolio of five quality Wellness and Green Star rated investments, be able to value add in relation to costs and budgeting.
