We are seeking a dynamic leader to join the Operations Delivery team as a Facilities & Services Supervisor at Australia’s largest coal export terminal in the heart of Newcastle. Port Waratah has been receiving, stockpiling, blending, and loading coal for export for over 40 years and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality, reliable, and agile service for our customers. The Operations Delivery Team is responsible for the efficient planning and execution of daily operations, including ship loading, vessel communications, plant control, facilities maintenance, contractor management, and resource allocation. As a
Facilities & Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our service and support assets, overseeing facility maintenance, grounds, security, waste management, and pond servicing. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Working closely with internal stakeholders and contractor teams, you will plan, schedule, and execute a diverse range of facility maintenance activities and small to medium projects. Your leadership capabilities, coupled with your experience in a similar work environment, will drive our continued success.
