Excellent Facilities Support Role in Regional NSW's Mid North Coast

Your new role
Working closely with the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for helping shape the organisation of the facilities team across a large scale site. The responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site
- Delegating and allocating work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are achieved
- Assist with management of subcontractors
- Support Facilities manager on projects
- Ensure WHS policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Must be an Australian Citizen for this contract
- Prior experience in Property or facilities role (desirable)
- Ability to multi task and be efficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Contractor management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Current First Aid Certificate and ability to complete national police check
