LEAP is a Defence project for the supply and operation of living-in accommodation for single members of the Australian Defence Force. Our team provides essential facility management services across these sites. In conjunction with LEAP, DeltaFM has the expertise, experience and support to provide exceptional facilities management services. Our end-to-end facilities management and project management services ensure that infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.
The Position
- Provide Administration Support for Site Operations
- General Facility Manager Duties
- Reactive Cleaning Duties
- Manage Quality Customer Service
- Build Client Relationships
- Assist in the recruitment and induction of staff
- Follow health, safety and security procedures
- Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace
- Establish and maintain an environmentally sustainable workplace
- Maintenance management and service duties
The Person
- Proven experience in either an FM, hospitality, Accommodation management
- Experience in implementing strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Experience in controlling resources
- Strong Computer Skills across all Microsoft platforms
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- In depth understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and ability to apply principles
- Customer Service Focus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to schedule and plan works
