Facilities Support Officer 0.66FTE (18 Month Fixed-Term)
We’re seeking a highly organised individual with excellent administrative skills to join Council’s Operations team.
In the fixed-term part-time position of Facilities Support Officer, you’ll support the team to deliver both preventative building maintenance and a timely response service.
A key aspect of your role will be assisting with the supervision of building maintenance contracts, including but not limited to cleaning, pest control, security, zip taps/water filters, sanitary bin services, waste collection services, window and gutter cleaning, and automatic door servicing.
The successful applicant will need to have:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- The ability to build relationships with customers and contractors
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise competing demands
