The Facilities Support Officer role aims to deliver precise and streamlined business support to the Facilities Management team and the Branch while delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This position entails working closely with the team to meet administrative and operational needs, adhering to proper procedures, and driving service enhancements for ongoing progress
What you will bring...(selection criteria)
- Experience in providing a high level administrative support within a facilities management and/or construction industry and/or relevant experience in a similar roles.
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise task to achieve operational requirements and timeframes, and the ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment with limited direction.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details with proven experience of data entry.
- Willingness to show initiate and identify opportunities to assist the team.
