Facility Manager - Aged Care

THE ROLE:

Managing clinical, operations across this well-run RAC home, you will ensure the highest standard of care is met while maintaining occupancy, driving funding, and ensuring a continued fully compliant facility.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse 
• Previous Clinical experience in Aged Care as a Facility Manager
• Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
• Experience with managing Budgets, Quality Standards, & Occupancy 
• Covid & Flu Vaccination
