Facility Manager- Caroline Springs

This is a full time Monday - Friday role Full training is provided for this role. You will be responsible for the following: * A passion and commitment to deliver 5 star customer service face to face, over the phone and via email. * Managing all day-to-day operations. * Debt management including debt follow ups, debt collection and creating payment plans. * Maintain impeccable site presentation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently with use of initiative as well as in a team * Undertake ongoing sales and customer service training facilitated by Wilson Storage * Comfortable working with KPI's and are results driven * Ability to effectively problem solve * Drivers licence * Forklift license (or willing to obtain)Our ideal candidate will have/be: * Customer service experience (face to face and/or over the phone) * Sales experience (not essential but will be highly regarded) * Positive attitude and proactive * Energetic and dynamic personality * Leadership qualities * Strong teamwork ethic * Results driven * Not looking for just an administration role (you will be required to complete site tours and maintain a clean facility)If you are interested in the role please submit your application including a cover letter outlining how you meet the above requirements and what you will bring to the position.
