About the role:This senior professional finance role is accountable for providing high level support and assistance to the
Faculty Finance Manager with respect to all financial control, staffing requirements and analytical activities for the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS).More specifically the role entails:
- Providing financial analytical support and assisting to drive key financial priorities in the FHS finance team and to the faculty.
- Delivering the timely handling of a variety of financial transactions and their maintenance that comply with ACU financial policy and procedures.
- Assisting and contributing to the faculty's financial planning, workforce planning and operating budget/forecast management.
- Supporting the development of Business Plans for new course offerings, costing models and financial data collection.
- Assisting in the monitoring and evaluating of financial information, reporting and systems and suggesting improvements.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the faculty and university.

- Total remuneration valued to $117,590 - $127,214 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $99,365 - $107,498 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
