We are currently seeking an experienced individual to assist the payroll office in ensuring the accurate and timely payment of staff salaries and wages.
To be successful in this role you will needQualifications

- Employee working with children check
- Current Victorian driver licence
Essential
- Substantial experience and proficiency in payroll operations in medium size organisation.
- Relevant qualification/experience in payroll operations
Breadth of knowledge of computerised payroll systems processing with well established knowledge of payroll policies, process and systems.
Key selection criteria 2Proven ability to explain complex payroll concepts (e.g. leave entitlements, pay composition, tax) to people managers and employees to resolve complex payroll issues.
Key selection criteria 3Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service focus and skills.
Key selection criteria 4High attention to detail, accuracy skills and timeliness in meeting deadlines.
