Role Overview:

As a Family Law Solicitor with us, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Family Law matters, including divorce, child custody and property division. You'll provide expert legal advice and representation to clients with professionalism and compassion.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring they receive the highest level of legal support.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to strengthen client cases and stay up-to-date with changes in Family Law.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

To be the perfect candidate for this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in Family Law, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing to our collective success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in DV Matters, Succession Law matters, and Conveyancing matters is highly regarded, showcasing your versatility and additional skills.
