We are seeking a Family Lawyer to join our busy and expanding practice. Working directly with two experienced family law Principal Solicitors, you will have the opportunity to advance and progress your career in a supported team environment.
Applicants seeking a part-time position will be also considered.
Our practice acts for, and supports private clients requiring legal services across all aspects of family law.
The successful candidate will have:-
- An unrestricted Victorian Practising Certificate;
- A strong knowledge of the applicable laws and procedures;
- A passion for family law and a desire to work in a team orientated practice;
- Experience in acting for and supporting private clients;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong drafting skills and attention to detail;
- The ability to work and manage files autonomously with assistance and supervision as required;
- A strong work ethic, priding themselves on being reliable and dependable.
Salary will be commensurate with knowledge and experience.
