Wise Family Lawyers is seeking a Family Lawyer for our thriving practice.
About us:
We are a fast-growing boutique legal practice based in Joondalup with a new office opening in the Perth CBD in 2024. Applicants will be required to work in either office as required but initially in Joondalup. We offer interesting, challenging, and complex work across all family law matters, including property, children, divorce, family violence restraining orders etc.

Position available: Family Lawyers
Main key responsibilities:
- Case management of interesting family law matters
- Providing expert legal advice to our clients
- Representing clients in court proceedings and/or instructing barristers
- Contribute to the growth and success of the firm

Requirements:
- A passion to practise in family law
- Excellent legal and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, ability to learn new computer programs easily
- Leap experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
- Ability to work in either our Joondalup or Perth CBD office as required
