AddressWe are seeking a Family Lawyer. The role involves handling various family law cases and providing legal advice and representation to clients. The lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements and representing clients in court. This is an on-site position located in Midland with on-site parking provided.
There is also scope to be involved in other areas of law and to assist the principal in Legal Aid matters.
A strong knowledge and experience in family law is essential for this position and we require an unrestricted practitioner with at least two years' experience.
