experienced enough to
work independently , though you will have ready access to a senior Family Lawyer, as well as an experienced family law secretary to provide all the support you need.

Solid
family law experience, (eg. 4 yrs plus)
incl. divorce; property settlements; child support; children’s issues; IVOs etc.; Experience in dealing with private clients and understanding of taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law; Eagerness & ability to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail; Ability to foster existing relationships & build new ones; This is a
