HFM Legal is an established law firm with offices in Maddington, Mount Lawley, Denmark and Broome.

Experience

Not less than 2 years PAE practicing in family law.

Remuneration and benefits

Starting at $95,000 pa plus SGC based on experience.

Generous bonuses.

Description

We wish to employ a legal practitioner with experience representing clients following a relationship breakdown. The successful applicant’s key duties and responsibilities will include: property settlements, children’s matters, divorce applications, binding financial agreements, restraining orders and representation in the Family Court of Western Australia.

The position is available in the firm's Maddington or Mount Lawley office.

Desirable

1. Experience using Filepro;
2. Experience with time billing;
3. Experience drafting wills, powers of attorney and powers of guardianship.
