Meillon & Bright Legal is an award-winning boutique family law firm with offices in North Fremantle, Western Australia and Newport on the Northern Beaches, Sydney.
We are looking for a FAMILY LAWYER to join our team based in our North Fremantle office.
Our firm is dedicated solely to the practice of family law.
Qualifications and Experience
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- At least 2 years post-admission experience in family law
- Eligible to hold an Australian Practising Certificate
- Can work independently with a focus on attention to detail and delivering exemplary client service
- Is outcome focused for clients working pragmatically to find a resolution
- Experienced in advocacy in the Family Court of Western Australia and /or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- Has the ability to manage and run files with autonomy (with mentoring and supervision as required)
- Experience in legal software, such as LEAP or FilePro
- Excellent drafting skills and high attention to detail
