Are you passionate about teaching, sustainability and urban agriculture? Do you enjoy a balance between working in a hands-on outdoor environment and being office based?
We are seeking a well organised communicator with networking skills to design and lead operational, administrative and delivery aspects of the Sydney City Farm learning programs including formal and informal programs for adults and children, community events, outreach programs, and Farm interpretative elements.
You will ideally have tertiary qualifications in training and assessment and / or extensive experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of education programs, community events and learning resources with a sustainability or food production focus.
Excellent communication skills are required, as is a proven track record in balancing and responding flexibly to competing priorities, and to work effectively both as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
