About the roleAt Beleura Private Hospital, we take pride in providing a diverse array of nutritious meals to our patients. As a member of our Catering team, you will join a dynamic group dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with our Ramsay Core Values.
Your responsibilities will include:- Serving patient meals on our tray line and attending to patients throughout the Hospital.
- Upholding food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Assisting to fellow team members as needed.
- Managing stock inventory effectively
Flexibility to work across a 7-a day roster, encompassing morning and afternoon shifts.
Your Skills and ExperiencesThe ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also be punctual, reliable and with a commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospital environment desired.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
- Food hygiene certificate desired
- Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay's core values.
