Our large Government client is seeking an experienced Coordinator (NV1) based in Canberra.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Maintain the Tranche 1 FIC baseline including the strategies to remediate issues to support capability uplift
- Conduct planning and business analysis across each FIC component to support project delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to assess, understand, plan and track FIC elements required to support the expected capability delivery of Tranche 1
- Work closely with the Tranche 2 FIC Lead
- Support development of FIC matrices for inclusion into future IPMPs
- Work closely with the Tranche 1 Transition personnel and the project team
- Represent Phase 1 equities at relevant Working Groups
- Effectively engage with project stakeholders
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with the Integrated Logistics Support Managers
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and processes
- Conduct FIC assessment of Tranche 1 capability delivery to support IOC Declaration
The role is based in Canberra ACT, with a contract term of 12 months.Security Requirements
