Your schedule will be divided between on-site visits and the North Sydney office. Your key contributions will provide guidance to clients for the effective implementation of policies and procedures, delivering support for business development, presenting case studies, and advising growth strategies.Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships between franchisees
- Ability to identify and address learning needs for franchisees and students
- Conduct follow-up consultations and provide recommendations for growth
- Analysing centre operations while ensuring policies and procedures are being implemented effectively.
- Facilitating clients with developing educational center plans
- Identify marketing needs and assist in developing marketing strategies
- Devise strategies for student recruitment
- Oversee student and financial reporting, parent communication, and other operational aspects
- In person visits across allocated franchises (compensation provided)
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Full drivers license and own vehicle are essential
- Genuine interest in implementing policies that enable the growth and development of a business
- The ability to build strong client relationships
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold a Bachelors degree or higher qualification
- Full working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
