- This Learning & Development Associate role is newly created to be a mentor and coach to the hospital and GP sales teams.
- You will utilise your experience as a Pharmaceutical Hospital Specialist Representative & prior a GP Sales Representative, to enhance sales techniques to improve salesforce productivity and ultimately revenue growth.
- You will develop strategies to improve sales performance and team effectiveness and evaluate training outcomes and adjust programs for continuous improvement.
- You will collaborate with the sales director to identify training needs and objectives and provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives.
- You will need to stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends and best practice and create training materials and resources to support learning initiatives.
- At least 3 years experience as a GP Sales Representative & 2 years experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative in the pharmaceutical industry selling prescription medicines.
- Demonstrable business planning skills, analytical and strategic.
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Able to work independently, flexible and adaptable.
- Tertiary qualified in science, nursing, health or business related field.
- Preferably Medicines Australia qualification.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid with full Australian working rights.
