You will be Contributing towards - Installation, Commissioning, Integration, Troubleshooting, Hardware Reconfiguration, Antenna Optimization, Site Audits, Testing and Acceptance etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an active technical team member resolving complex problems in the field.
- Lead and support 3rd party contractors for LTE Network installations in a RAIL environment.
- Ensure optimal performance levels and adherence to SLA/OLA.
- Responsible for site testing, acceptance, and supporting network deployments.
- Undertake special assignments to resolve Network Operations issues.
- Conduct and lead quality audits on multi-vendor sites.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Antenna work, investigating transmission and power faults.
- Support RF Optimization work.
- Education: Engineer or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
- OH&S training and certification.
- Specific Product training on telecommunications installations.
- 3+ years experience in 3G or 4G mobile network rollouts & Deployments.
- Mastering site and delivery processes.
- Autonomy within a team, ensuring milestone completion.
- Effective co-operation and managerial skills for subcontractor oversight.
- Solid grasp of Business Ethics & Values.
- Willingness to travel within Australia if needed.
- Excel in radio site installation, technology knowledge, FAT testing, IP skills, business understanding, and a positive, learning mindset.
- Certified in Working at Heights.
- Possesses a White Card certification & a First Aid certification.
- Maintains a full clean Australian driving license.
- Australian Citizen or PR or Visa holder ONLY.
