The role: 
We're seeking a Field Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts across the Western seaboard. You'll be responsible for developing and leading a team of Business Development Managers as you drive revenue growth in a dynamic environment.

With a team of 10 BDM's, you will be responsible for the deliverable revenue of this team. You will be responsible for:

• Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance.
• Monitor & analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.

As a passionate sales leader, who thrives in a hands-on environment you will have proven experience in a similar environment. Your ability to move the needle is proven, as is working to clear deliverable and measurable targets both activity and revenue based. 

The role is both challenging and rewarding and requires an individual who is results driven, a natural born coach and one who loves to celebrate success.
