We are hiring a Field Service Supervisorfor our Central NSW region (Orange, Cobar). This is your opportunity to make a valuable contribution to a successful Service Centre and team at large.

Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below:
- Technical customer support, diagnosis and repairs
- Organise, plan, control and deliver maintenance solutions
- Promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Plan and coordinate Field Service support out of Orange, Cobar and other mine sites in the NSW region
- Engage with customers and work collaboratively with our Parts and Service team to deliver exceptional customer service and generate opportunity
- Manage the WIP (work in progress) including warranty claim processing
- Coordinate, supervise and assist technicians to deliver exceptional service
- Build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify and coordinate employee training and development needs
- Ensure Apprentices are being guided and mentored effectively
- Assist with breakdown support and diagnostics over the phone and on site as required
The successful applicant must have:
- Extensive multidisciplinary supervision knowledge and experience in an OEM environment
- Relevant Trade Certificate, with mining industry experience
- Planning and resource management experience
- Effective people management and leadership skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and trouble shooting skills relevant to hydraulic and low voltage electronic control systems
- Commitment to providing quality customer service
- Ability to handle and work under pressure
- Good report writing ability and proficient computer literacy
- Flexibility to travel as required for customer and staff meetings, breakdown assistance where necessary
- Epiroc product knowledge a strong advantage
