About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join the team in Mudgee as a Field Service Supervisor.
Reporting to the Branch Manager and working alongside another Field Service Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to a team of technicians and ensuring customer needs are met through effective work order management.
This position is great for a developing leader with potential career pathways into Branch and Regional Manager positions within the business.
This position will be based at our Mudgee Branch, working Monday - Friday, with no weekend work required.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in scheduling and labour coordination
- Knowledge of Caterpillar (or similar) equipment and mining applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high performing team
- Intermediate Computer Literacy Skills (including MS Office Suite)
- Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding for team members
Desirable:
- Previous experience servicing Caterpillar equipment
- Mechanical and/or electrical trade qualification
- Frontline Management qualifications or similar leadership qualifications
