About the role
Our client is currently looking for support within their Finance Administration team to assist with duties in a geographically broad and reactive environment. The position is very heavily detail oriented and involves the collation, collection and organisation of forms and paperwork for various stakeholders throughout site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Updating Revenue Spreadsheets
- Invoicing
- Purchasing
- Creating Sales orders
- Communicating and working very closely with site contacts, supervisors and customers
- Ad hoc other tasks as requested
- Payroll
- Waste Reporting
- Updating data in client portal
Critical experience/knowledge:
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced admin environment, blue collar experience preferable
- Kronos, JDE, Coupa and Excel
- Finance administration
- Attention to detail
Role Details:
- Ongoing casual role until December 2024
- Penalties applicable to overtime
- Flights, accommodation and meals provided
- 13/15 Roster
- FIFO from Brisbane
- 10.5 hour days
