Our client, a leading filtration solutions company in Melbourne (South-East of the CBD), is seeking a proactive Finance/Admin Manager to join their team!

Their well-managed and resourceful business boasts a strong legacy of delivering high-quality filtration solutions, equipped with the structure, technical prowess, and practical experience to tackle projects of any size across diverse sectors of the commercial market.
Your Role:
You will play a pivotal role in assisting the company’s decision making by collating, providing, and managing accurate, up-to-date financial information for the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Management of bank accounts reconciliation and credit card processing
- Process Accounts Payable and handling of Accounts Receivable tasks
- Creation of purchase orders and invoicing
- Debtor collection
- Monthly Payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand using Xero
- Processing Payroll tax and Workcover tax per state
- Preparation and submission of BAS
- Management of ASIC requirements, IAS, and FBT
- Journal entry as required
- Annual Accounts Reconciliation
- Monthly management and cashflow reports
- Management of office maintenance and supplies
- Management of 3rd party’s for insurance documentation and annual fees and, insurance updates for customers
- Organisation and filing of physical and digital files
- Data entry
- Reception duties as needed
What They Need:
- Proficiency in general bookkeeping tasks
- Self-driven with the ability to work well within a team
- Experience using Xero
- Knowledge of Jcurve, Coupa, Tungsten, SAP is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills
