Southern Program Alliance based on the Frankston line is one of five alliances responsible for removing 110 of Melbourne's most dangerous and congested level crossings by 2025 as part of Victoria's Big Build transport infrastructure program.
The Opportunity:
The Finance Administrator is responsible for reviewing, coding and matching dockets to invoices, raising purchase order requests in SEO Financial System, goods receipting and sending the invoice off to Finance Services located off site. These tasks are completed daily for the suppliers allocated to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Follow-up on invoices and approvals.
- Ensure invoices are correctly captured (logged), coded and authorised for processing.
- Liaise with both suppliers and project staff to ensure a highly efficient and accurate processing of creditor invoices and related matters.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Administrative environment with a cross section of skills including data entry and invoicing
- Demonstrated experience working in team with a high level of stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with a high volume of invoices including coding and processing.
- Ability to work with conflicting priorities to tight deadlines.
