Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in Administration and bookkeeping
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with accounting software
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist with filing and scanning of documents to maintain an organised system
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy
- Monitor and respond to client queries and liaise with accountants to ensure seamless communication
- Manage workflow by entering jobs into practice management application and providing weekly progress reports
- Collate information for client income tax returns, financial statements and process electronic lodgements
- Handle the collection and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with website maintenance to ensure up-to-date and accurate information
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and operations
