Our client is a leading entertainment business who work with an impressive portfolio of clients.
Due to recent significant growth, they require an energised and motivated Finance and Administration Officer to join their fast paced and dynamic team.
Reporting to the Partner, Corporate & Finance, you will provide General Office
Administration and administrative support to a small accounts team and Senior Partners.
KEY RESPONISBILTIES
- Invoice clients and issue Purchase Orders;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer transactions and customer information;
- Update dashboards and track files;
- Support finance with month-end procedures;
- Respond to ad hoc information requests from the Head of Finance and other internal and external stakeholders;
- Other tasks as required to support the team
- Assist with maintaining the office environment, liaising with cleaning and maintenance staff
- Support the implementation of automation and process improvement in the finance function.
- Possess at least 3 years experience within a similar role, and possess a diploma in Finance or similar;
- Have advanced Excel skills and robust MYOB experience;
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills;
- Ability to prioritise work and multi-task as well as work both autonomously and within a team;
- A keen eye for detail with data entry accuracy critical.
