Finance Administration Officer

About our Company

Novatrials is a private dedicated clinical trial centre, currently conducting clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas including dermatology, cardiology, endocrinology, diabetes, osteoarthritis, obesity and vaccinations. 

Due to expansion, Novatrials is seeking a part-time Finance Administration Officer to join our supportive team in our corporate services portfolio. 

The Role

As a Finance Administration Officer (FAO), you will provide direct administrative support to the Director of Corporate Services and Business Manager.  

Working closely with the Director of Corporate Services, your responsibilities will include: processing sales invoices, preparing monthly account reconciliations, preparing accounts for payments received and purchases made by the organisation, controlling day to day income and expenditure, directing the preparation of financial reports summarising and estimating the organisation’s financial position such as income statements, balance sheets and analysis of future earnings and income, improving the financial controls within the organisation and drawing up the organisation’s monthly budgets based on the necessities of the business.
