Due to an internal promotion, our team on the Ventia Motorways and Tunnels Contract are looking for their next Finance Administrator. The successful Finance Administrator will be involved in administrative activities for the contract with a particular focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, month end consolidation, payroll and subcontractor management.

About the role
- Assisting with general accounts payable purchasing activities on the contract
- Assisting with accurate processing of payroll across the pay – cost – bill lifecycle
- Prepare, negotiate and review various project contracts and service agreements including purchases and project partnerships
- Assist with the appropriate allocation of costs each month to the relevant work orders
- Preparation of general journals as required
- Prepare monthly invoices, ensuring appropriate timeframes are met and documents are accurate
About you
- Tertiary qualification (Bachelors degree) in finance/accounting
- Intermediate excel skills
- Basic experience using financial systems
- Working towards CPA/CA
