Finance Administrator

Today, the business is a well know luxury goods retailer in the market and is dedicated to projects such as saving the ocean, and much more. With this in mind, the client is looking for a superstar Administrator to join their Finance team who adheres to the same values and ethics. The role? Based in their North Ryde office, this role will be permanent full time. The role is wide ranging and is designed to assist the Head of Finance/IT and Operations with the export/import, credits processing, operations, IT, accounts, and other related functions of the department. General responsibilities:
Prepare export documentation for overseas shipments in accordance with customs and shipping
requirements
The accurate and timely preparation of import paperwork for incoming shipments
Enter and process credits accurately and in a timely manner
Stock movements and adjustments
Work with the accounts department on accounts payable and other functions
Help IT support to internal users
Support the other functions of the operations department
Ensure that all procedures are followed in line with company's internal controls
Previous experience/Potential background profiles:
Ideally your background will come with a wealth of administration, preferably having touched across Finance
An Economics graduate
Have previously worked in loans, mortgages or any background responsible for high levels of processing
Given the nature of the luxury goods background, polished and professionally presented candidates are preferable
