They are a close knit team that are looking for a permanent new addition and offer great training.
Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll and accounts payable functions using tools such as Workbench, Deputy, and Xero.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to address any payroll or accounts payable related queries.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Payroll and accounts payable experience - MUST have used Workbench previously.
- A positive and flexible attitude, MUST be happy to work within a dynamic team environment and juggle multiple priorities independently.
- Positive, patient, and flexible with a good sense of humor.
- Ability to think on their feet and prioritize an evolving workload- a quick learner with a high level of responsibility.
- Comfortable working remotely for a significant portion of the week.
- Ideally short notice or immediately available.
Hours: 3-4 days per week - to be agreed upon and standardized for the right candidate.
Hybrid Working: 4 days from home and 1 in the office after training.
Please note this is a permanent position and requires you to be based in Melbourne full time with no working restrictions.
