The organisation leverages their expertise in accreditation, standards development, and education to support healthcare professionals, consumers, and stakeholders from government and industry in implementing effective healthcare accreditation programs.
About the Role:
As the Accreditation Services Manager, you will be responsible for engaging membership engagement and experience by providing excellent customer service. You will manage a portfolio of health services the ACHS accredit, providing support and advice to members.
You will also:
- Act as the relationship manager for members of an ACHS accreditation program, supporting a portfolio of health services and ensuring they meet accreditation standards.
- Provide support and advice to members on the implementation of ACHS accreditation programs and inform and update members on the requirements to complete each phase of an ACHS accreditation program.
- Review documentation submitted by members in relation to undertaking an ACHS accreditation program.
- Review assessment reports and self-assessment reports.
- Conduct contract management and negotiations for ACHS accreditation program memberships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including CEOs and Quality Managers.
- Seek new business opportunities for ACHS accreditation programs and respond to new accreditation program enquiries.
- Evaluate ACHS accreditation program processes to ensure continuous improvement.
A Bit About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about healthcare quality and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will also have:
- Health sector experience, particularly in applying accreditation programs, with a strong understanding of healthcare accreditation standards including National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience at the management level within a healthcare organisation.
- The ability to manage projects and contracts, including some contract negotiation experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build, manage, and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word and Excel. Experience with CRM database applications is highly regarded.
