Located in Melbourne VIC this role will be split across working out of our North Melbourne & Abbottsford Depot. We are a 24/7 Transport/Roadside Assistance company.

Job tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator for a permanent full-time position with the following skills and abilities;
- Experienced in various accounting tasks, such as processing RCTI’s on a weekly basis
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Provide assistance with month-end tasks
- Daily reconciliation of unprocessed invoices from our towing interface
- Receivables allocation
- Debt collection
- Filing and Archiving
- Scanning and uploading various documents to our towing interface
- Ad-hoc Administration tasks given by our Accounts and General Manager
The right applicant will be well presented, highly motivated, diligent and meticulous in detail and accuracy. Ideally possessing the following;
- A positive, friendly, and personable demeanor with customer service oriented approach.
- Demonstrated strong planning and time management capabilities, adaptable and flexible to meet competing and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
- Intermediate MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) skills and enjoy learning new skills especially in the accounting technology space.
- Excellent communicator, with strong Customer Service experience and the ability to deal with confidential information and adhere to privacy guidelines.
- Highly motivated with an ability to work independently to problem solve and carry tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Reliable & punctual
- Payroll processing experience is a plus
- MYOB experience is desirable
