We are seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join a leading Accounting & Financial Services team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Manager - Overheads & Recharges, by ensuring meticulous tracking, management, and accurate reporting of financials for identified Corporate overheads profit centers and aligning with budget expectations. Your keen business partnering skills will be crucial for providing valuable support and guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders. About the Job:
Preparation of overheads reports
Work with key stakeholders to ensure costs are valid, accurately recorded and remain within budget / forecast
Identify and deliver process improvements which increase compliance, reduce risk and eliminate wasteful processes
Review and prepare timely Blackline balance sheet reconciliations to ensure integrity of the balance sheet
Preferred Requirements:
Proven knowledge and experience with SAP, BPC, and Power BI
Strong financial, planning and analysis knowledge
Demonstrated ability to work in a large complex organization with a deep understanding of entity internal control process
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
Experience in maintaining strong working relationships with peer teams and key stakeholders
Achievement oriented and capable of managing multiple matters concurrently, meeting deadlines under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Tertiary level qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CA or CPA certification
3+ years of experience in a similar level role
