The Financial Analyst role supports the finance function by managing the Field Team Budget and Monthly ROI Analysis, Invoicing, Payments and works closely with the sales and product & retail marketing teams to execute and monitor the quarter MBO targets.
Duties And Responsibilities
Budget Management
- Responsible for coordinating the Field Team forecasting throughout the year and month and reporting to National Program Manager before submission
- Analyse fluctuation between actual and forecast after month-end by cost centre and line item, and report to management monthly on ROI and potential efficiencies
- Process budget proposals, purchase orders and invoices in relevant systems
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure all finance and company requirement is followed
- Support and distribute the finalised forecast to Finance and manage system input and report to management.
- Responsible for the creation and management of quarterly targets (MBO's) and actuals for the CE Business Unit's, in conjunction with Product, Channel Managers, Retail Operations/Marketing and Samsung MBO Teams
- Accountable for conducting monthly system hygiene checks in relevant systems (MCS), including but not limited to product ranging, new & EOL models, store and precinct updates, to ensure perfect data across all reporting system
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
